  • At the end of the course, you will:

    -Gain Strength

    -Have the right tools to help you make intelligent nutritional selections for any life circumstance

  • Each week’s lesson (12 total) is around 10 minutes, but you can also do these at your own pace.

    Each weekly workout is around 20-40 minutes (the workouts start shorter, then get longer each month). I suggest that you do these 2-3 times a week, but again, you can do these as your schedule allows.

    There is a weekly 1-hour Zoom accountability group with other participants in your cohort and Coach Tara. It’s ok if you can’t make this every week, but hands down, this is everyone’s favorite part of the course! These are also recorded if you can’t make the session.

  • Following along with the group is the best way to receive the support needed to be successful. But I understand that life happens, so you will receive lifetime access to go at your own pace.

  • Most programs are too restrictive and don’t adjust for life’s challenges or when the program is finished.

    This program gives you the tools with guided support, workouts, and brief lectures to help you implement the work while you are going through it and well beyond.

  • Each week, we will have a scheduled group check-in call to answer any questions and get support from other participants going through the course. There is also a calendar to track your progress and a Facebook support page for weekly wins, work-ons, and recipe shares.

    You won’t transform your body in 5 days, but this will be your catalyst for change. You will become more aware of what hasn’t been working to meet your goals, follow a simple workout to help you move better, and use a breathing technique to decrease stress and anxiety.

    You can also try out my Wellness Calendar, which gives you a daily, easy, manageable prompt that addresses your whole health. I created this to help you enjoy each day, reduce stress, and be proactive. About Tara Mazanec

Tara Mazanec, CPT, HHC, CYI is a Personal Trainer, Holistic Health Counselor, and Yoga Instructor, and the founder of the FIT Formula Masterclass and Glow Strong Movement. She has nearly two decades of experience coaching people on how to take command of their wellness.

Tara helps clients analyze their current lifestyle by identifying poor wellness patterns and then helping to create new habits that last. After almost two decades as a wellness coach, Tara uses her FIT Formula to help her clients glow strong inside and out.

Many clients lose weight, gain muscle, and more importantly, increase their confidence, commitment, and consistency to themselves.
