In our fast-paced lives, we often operate on autopilot, rarely questioning if there's more to our daily routines. It's crucial to pause, tend to your body, mind, and spirit, and notice how sensations can be an invitation to our greatest awakening.

The home is unbelievably spacious with 12 foot ceilings throughout, 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There is a beautiful pool, a 5 person hot tub, balcony overlook, a huge patio, and a fire pit.

    Jenn Mezner graduated from NYU with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Northeastern University with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology. Throughout her studies, she taught Group Exercise part-time to stay fit and mentally sharp. After three years in a professional psychology career, she discovered her true passion lay in health and fitness. This realization led her to shift her focus to a career where she could support clients holistically, helping them make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives.

    Twenty years later, you’ll find Jenn training and coaching clients at her in-home studio, continually advancing her education with the latest in exercise science. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeff, and their dogs, Annie and Penny.

Each of the 5 spacious bedrooms is equipped with comfy beds and fresh linens, ensuring a restful sleep, though you’re welcome to bring your own sleeping bag, pillow, or blankets for added coziness. Shared bathrooms feature 4 toilets, 3 showers, and a luxurious jacuzzi tub.

This spacious home, with its 12-foot ceilings, oversized living room, and expansive patio offers plenty of room to relax and unwind. Outside, you'll find a beautiful pool, a 5-person hot tub, and a fire pit, perfect for evening gatherings under the stars. Whether you’re enjoying the panoramic mountain views from the balcony, lounging on the expansive patio, or soaking in the jacuzzi tub, our retreat promises a rejuvenating and immersive experience in the heart of the desert.

Vaughn crafts exquisite meals brimming with local produce, nutrient-dense grains, and protein-rich beans and legumes. Each dish is freshly made daily, with thoughtful accommodations for any allergies or dietary preferences (gluten-free, vegan, lactose-intolerant, nut-free). Daily Delights
Breakfast is a delightful feast of homemade muffins, granola, yogurt, omelets, roasted potatoes, parfaits, and vibrant fruit salads. Afternoon snacks, served on the porch, include cheese, vegetables with hummus, fresh fruit, and chips with guacamole, inviting you to savor the moment. Feel free to bring your own snacks and beverages for added comfort.

Dinner is a glorious buffet lovingly crafted each evening. Enjoy a creative array of soups, salads, paella, stir-fries, grilled and roasted vegetables, and a make-your-own taco bar. Indulge in decadent desserts like Chocolate Crinkle Cookie Whoopie Pies, Coconut & Lime Ice Cream, Wild Berry Crostata, and Orange & Olive Oil Polenta Cake.

Beverages
Coffee and tea are provided to warm your mornings and afternoons, while guests are welcome to bring their own wine, beer, and seltzer to complement the evening meals. Please, no hard spirits.

What’s included?

When you book a room and bed option of your choice, this includes the cost of the retreat, including: Boarding and home amenities, meals, snacks, alcohol-free libations, and retreat organized activities.

What should I pack?

Please pack weather-appropriate attire, yoga and fitness clothes, comfortable clothing for relaxation, a yoga mat and block, and earplugs and eye mask for optimal sleeping. If you plan to participate in specific activities like hiking or horseback riding, be sure to bring suitable gear, clothes, and shoes.

While linens and towels are provided, you may bring your own linens. If you are planning on visiting Canyon Lake, please bring your own beach towel.

You are welcome to bring beer, wine, or seltzer to complement your dinner, but please refrain from bringing hard spirits.

Where can I explore during free time?

Hiking trails are literally a block away! The Lost Dutchman State Park boasts more than 6 different trails of all levels and features horseback riding and wildlife viewing. Be on the lookout for bighorn sheep, javelina, deer and curiously plump hawks and vultures.

Canyon Lake rents pontoon boats, canoes and kayaks plus waterskiing and fishing equipment. You can also picnic and enjoy scenic views of the water and red-rock canyon walls. To explore the dramatic landscapes, hikers enjoy scenic trails that hug the shoreline.

Goldfield Ghost Town established in 1893 offers gold mine tours, walking ghost tours, ziplining & horseback riding with OK Corral Stables.

All of our meals for the week will be house made fresh daily and any allergies or dietary restrictions will be happily accommodated (gluten free, vegan, lactose intolerant, nut free etc).

What is the refund policy?

If you cancel before September 1, you’ll get 25% back. No refunds after September 1.
